Squash Golden Scallopini is a delicious rare Italian heirloom bush variety of summer squash that produces saucer-shaped golden fruits with scalloped edges. A medium sized bush that produces heavily throughout the season.
With a nutty cucumber flavour, similar to zucchini the fruits can be baked, steamed, fried and added to stir fries.
