Description
Cauliflower Macerata Green is an unusual heirloom from southern Italy that produces large, firm lime green heads. It tastes just the same as regular cauliflower but looks a bit more interesting with large green flower heads to 1.5kg.
It is fast growing with an excellent flavour. Â An early variety, with excellent cold tolerance, hardy to frost once established. Steam lightly to maintain colour when cooking or enjoy raw!
