An Italian heirloom, Silverbeet Silver Ribs has silver/white stems and crisp crinkly green leaves. It is similar to the Fordhook variety but is a more compact grower. It can be used steamed, cooked & fresh. Easy to produce, requiring little maintenance, it has a long cropping period.
