Description
Green stemmed Shanghai variety that produces round, smooth thick, broad leaves. Great in stir fry, salads or steamed dishes.
Varieties with green stems can withstand more adverse conditions than the white stemmed types.
Prior to sowing, add a good layer of mushroom compost and rake in complete organic fertiliser. Trials demonstrate slow bolting in Spring.
