Description

Attractive and vibrant, Celosia Pampas Plume is a blend of scarlet, orange, bright yellow, pink and cream feathery plumes held on 100cm tall stems.

In the garden, the multi-branching plants are perfect for the back of the flower bed. The plants handle heat with ease and are they are fairly drought tolerant.

In a vase, the flower spikes can last as long as 8 weeks!! A must-have for bouquets and flower arrangements.

In Africa, Celosia is used like leaf amaranth. Its leaves soften up readily and cook in minutes and possess a spinach like flavour.

They are often added to stews or pepped up with such things as garlic, hot pepper, fresh lime, and red palm oil and eaten as a side dish.

We use Australia Post Letter Postage for the majority of orders

Not only are our seeds packed in recycled paper envelopes, we keep the theme going when we post out website orders. To protect your seeds from moisture and the letter box munchers (snails), we use a very special plastic free material made from plants. They are then put into recycled mailing envelopes.
