Cabbage Vertus Savoy produces 20cm rounded heads of finely blistered, dark green ruffled leaves that have a sweet, subtle flavour compared to other savoy cabbages. This mid-late, frost hardy winter variety produces cabbages that have the ability to withstand even severe cold weather.
An annual cool season crop that is fantastic both raw in salads and cooked dishes. Stores well when harvested.
