We try to take note of the questions everyone seems to have as well as any we can think of before they’re even asked.
We process orders as quickly as possible. Normally, orders are dispatched within three days business days. If you have not received any order updates, check your spam folder. We use Australia Post to deliver orders and expected delivery times are from 2-10 business days depending on your location. If you have not received your order within a reasonable time-frame please contact us.

We do not have a bricks and mortar store but I do attend various events in Western Australia during the year. Check out the calendar page for all upcoming markets, festivals, fairs and agricultural shows.
We are based in Western Australia and will post out to all states and territories. We do not post internationally.
The back of each packet has a best before date. We sell seed that is viable at the time of sale, viability will slowly decrease over time. The life of the products is dependent on how you the customer store them. Seeds should be stored in a dark, dry, cool place or in a sealed container inside the refrigerator (not freezer).
Our custom printed seed packets are suited to a range of uses including:

- Christenings and Birthday’s
Our custom printed seed packets are 67 x 120 mm in size. Both the front and back of the packets can be custom printed to suit your requirements.
